At perfectwhitetee, we want you to love your essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or request a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
